1. BOCI Securities Limited (“BOCIS”) has revised certain provisions of its Customer Agreement and incorporated all the relevant addendums to the Customer Agreement. 2. According to the terms and conditions specified in the Customer Agreement, BOCIS may change the terms and conditions at any time by conspicuously posting notice of such changes on its online trading platform. BOCIS may also notify any changes to the Customer Agreement by sending a written notice or the revised Customer Agreement to its customers. The customers’ continued conduct of transactions or use of services of BOCIS after the effective date of the revised Customer Agreement will constitute the customers’ acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

3. If you do not agree with any revision to the Customer Agreement, you may terminate your account at any time by providing us with not less than three (3) business days’ prior written notice. Notice of such termination will be effective on receipt and processing by us, subject to the satisfaction and discharge of your indebtedness, liability or other obligation to us.
