2. Proof of residential / permanent address issued within 3 months (e.g. bank statement or utility bill)

Please prepare the following documents for account opening:
1. Complete and sign the physical Account Opening documents.
2. Copy of the client's identity document and address proof issued within 3 months (e.g. bank statement or utility bill)
3. A cheque issued from client's account with a licensed bank in Hong Kong (amount not less than HK$10,000) and bearing the client's name as shown in the identity document.
