Please prepare the following documents for account opening:

1. Complete and sign the physical Account Opening documents.

2. Copy of the client's identity document and address proof issued within 3 months (e.g. bank statement or utility bill)

3. A cheque issued from client's account with a licensed bank in Hong Kong (amount not less than HK$10,000) and bearing the client's name as shown in the identity document.

4. Mail to BOCI Securities Limited, 18/F, Low Block, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen’s Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Remark:

* The signature on the cheque issued by the client and the signature on the Account Opening documents must be the same.

* The New account will only be activated after the cheque is cleared.
