Please Note：
| 1. | Funds are converted at prevailing market rates at the time of the exchange. |
| 2. | For Cash Accounts, if you do not have enough settlement currency in your account to settle a trade but have sufficient funds in another currency, you are required to instruct BOCI Securities Limited to convert your available funds into the settlement currency before the due settlement day. |
| 3. | For Margin Accounts, if you do not have enough settlement currency in your account to settle a trade but you have sufficient funds in another currency or in marginable securities, BOCI Securities Limited will lend you sufficient settlement currency to settle the trade unless you instruct us to convert your available funds into the designated settlement currency. |
| 4. | When you use BOCI's currency exchange service, the currency exchange rate includes risk taken and cost incurred by BOCI. We will inform the specific currency exchange rate to you when performing the currency exchange. Once you confirm such currency exchange, you accept the currency exchange rate and agree to the terms above. |
